If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

When placing your order:

Please make sure you're  providing us with the correct address.

If the label  is printed out and  has been shipped out.  Fees will be charge to remake the label.


Shipping

USPS is our preferred shipping carrier within the US. You get three options 1. First Class 5-10 Business days  2. Priority Mail 3-5 Business days  3. Priority Mail (with signature)  3-5 Business days  Also comes with insurance, incase your item gets lost you can file a claim.

 

Once the package has left our store, has been received by the post office, and a tracking number has been sent, we are not liable for any lost packaging.  We are also not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, or undeliverable/incorrect addresses provided at check out. If your address has been entered incorrectly at checkout, please contact us immediately so we can change this for you if we have not shipped out the item already. We are not responsible if the item has already been shipped.

 


International Orders: We ship worldwide through USPS First Class International Mail therefore you will not receive a tracking# Customers will be responsible for duties & taxes, according to their country.

Delivery time depends on your selected country and the handling with customs. Deliveries generally take between10-15days to arrive, although it may vary as USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or time.


 

 

 

I haven't received my package, what should I do?

 

  1. Make sure no one in your household, building security, or neighbors have received your package for you.

  2. Contact your local post office FIRST to see if they have it held for you.

  3. If you still cannot locate your package, it may be lost

  4. If you purchased ( Priority with signature) we can file a claim for you Simply contact us.
